How do I order from you?
WRAP Plus Sized Clothing is an online store which means that you can shop 24/7 in the privacy of your own home. When ordering online simply find the item/s you would like to purchase, select the size you would like from the drop down menu in the product description and then click 'Add To Cart'.
A shopping cart will now appear on the top of the right sidebar. Once you have added all the items you would like to purchase, please either click on the 'View Shopping Cart' tab at the bottom of the header or click on 'Shopping Cart [more]' at the top of the right sidebar.
Select you post code or alternatively your country (no post code required for international postage calculation) and your shipping options will be displayed. Once you are happy with one of these methods and the items you have selected, please click on the 'Checkout' button.
You will then be prompted to either log in or if you have not shopped with us before you will need to fill in your details in the form.
Finally you will be guided through the simple checkout process including selecting your delivery method, payment method, invoice and delivery addresses and confirmation that the details of the order are correct.
Once the order has been made and payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method.

Please ensure that you are in front of your computer when you call which will make the ordering process a lot easier. As we use paypal to accept credit card payments, we will require you to have access to an email address if you wish to pay via Visa or Mastercard.

Work Rest And Play Plus Sized Clothing is an online store only. This means that you can shop 24/7 in the privacy of your own home. Though we are not open to the public, we do have plans to open a shop Melbourne in 2010, so if you sign up to the newsletter, we will be able to keep you informed when this occurs.
Do you offer international shipping and how much is the international shipping cost?
International shipping is now calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. All international orders are shipped by Australia Post. You will be given a few different methods to choose from which vary in cost depending on the delivery service you would like.
Is there any minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount! However, Express Post is free for all orders over $50 Australia wide so most of our customers usually like to take up this offer and order over this amount.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Returns are accepted with our authorisation only.

When will my order be shipped?
After your Paypal payment has been received, or your Cheque/Money Order/Bank Deposit funds have cleared, we will ship your order within 2 business days however most orders are dispatched on the same or next day.
What are your terms and conditions?

Can I order at wholesale prices for my retail clothing shop?
Is there a minimum order amount for wholesale orders?
No, we have NO Minimum Order amount for wholesale orders, however we are now offering FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER $500 to our wholesale customers within Australia.
Do I get free shipping with my wholesale order?
We are now offering FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER $500 to our wholesale customers within Australia. For orders under $500 we will package and calculate the weight of the order and email you with a choice of postal options for you to choose from. We will then send you a payment request for the postage amount. We do not charge any handling fees, only the charge from Australia Post.
How can we order from you at wholesale prices?
We have a very simple, quick and efficient wholesale system.
All you need to do is send us a few details (listed below) and we will quickly assess your application and set up an account for you on our website. We will issue you with a password to log in.
Once you are logged in, all of the prices displayed on our website will now be shown as our wholesale prices. You can now simply shop through our online store the same way retail customers do.
