Returns Policy

Returns are accepted with our authorisation only. Please complete the below form within 48 hours of receipt of goods to receive an authorisation for your return.

We want you to feel completely comfortable with ordering from WRAP Plus Sized Clothing as we aim for every single one of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their shopping experience.  Therefore we try our very best to make it easy to return anything that is not right for you for any reason.  We want every person who orders through us to be delighted with what they have purchased from us so if you are not happy with what you have received for any reason then we are more than happy to replace it for you for something that is perfect for you.

If you receive an item that is not the right size or is not right for you for any reason and you wish to return the item/s, you may return it for exchange.

Lingerie and underpants are non-returnable. Corsets can only be returned if the G-string has not been tried on.

Returns may not be accepted if they are sent back without prior authorisation. The Returns Docket must be completed and included with the returned items.

All postage costs associated with exchanged items are at the purchasers expense, unless otherwise approved prior to exchange. Please email us at returns@plussizedclothing.com.au if you have any queries about this prior to returning the item/s.

In the event that we do not have your item still in stock in your preferred size, you may choose any replacement item/s. The buyer will have to pay the price difference if the item/s you choose is of higher value. If there is nothing else you would like, you may choose to have store credit which must be used within twelve months of issue.

Refunds will only be offered in circumstances where the item has been incorrectly described, or is deemed to have a fault. Once the item has been returned, it will be assessed, and the refund will be issued by the original payment method.

All returned items must be returned with any original tags still attached, unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition it was delivered and may not be accepted if they smell of perfume or other odours.  Any failure to return the good/s in this required condition will result in the item/s being sent back and the returns policy will be void.

We reserve the right to update our returns policy in the future.
